Whether we are serving as a fiduciary contracted by the Department of Veterans Affairs, a representative payee designated by the Social Security Administration, or a private conservator, our primary objective is to ease the burden placed on individuals and their families.

Fiduicary
The Department of Veterans Affairs Fiduciary Program is designed to protect the VA’s most vulnerable beneficiaries by providing oversight when individuals are unable to manage their VA benefits independently or choose to have assistance due to injury, illness, advanced age, cognitive limitations, or youth. Through this program, the VA appoints qualified fiduciaries to receive and manage benefits on a beneficiary’s behalf, ensuring funds are used solely for the beneficiary’s care, well-being, and support. VA-appointed fiduciaries are subject to ongoing and annual oversight to ensure compliance, accountability, and that each beneficiary’s best interests are consistently met through ethical, responsible, and transparent management of benefits.
Representative Payee
Social Security's Representative Payee Program provides benefit payment management for recipients who are incapable of managing their Social Security or Supplemental Security Income (SSI) payments. The Social Security Administration appoints a suitable representative payee who manages the payments on behalf of beneficiaries.
Probate
Clarity Stewards, LLC takes a proactive approach to protecting the estates of our clients who pass away unexpectedly. Clarity Stewards, LLC encourages all of our clients to work with their love ones to procure a comprehensive Last Will and Testament, or if one is not feasible, we will work closely with a network of experienced attorneys to ensure that deposition of any estate funds retained by our office follow strict compliance with all state and local laws.
Guardian Support
Clarity Stewards, LLC currently does not manage court appointed guardian cases however, we reserve the right to support court appointed guardians as a fiduciary or representative payee by managing the financial affairs of another person who lacks the capacity to make their own decisions.
Private Conservator
Clarity Stewards, LLC provides conservator services to manage the financial affairs and/or daily life of persons voluntarily seeking assistance with managing his/her financial affairs.
